On October 26, 2024, Dr. Christine Aliyu Makama and the Africa Center for Mentorship (ACM) team participated in the Montgomery NGO Fair at Garrett Coliseum, Alabama hosted by the City of Montgomery Neighborhood Services Department. This impactful event allowed ACM to connect with local community members, potential volunteers, and donors. Through engaging discussions, ACM showcased its mission to support youth mentorship, educational programs, and community development initiatives.

The event was a success, resulting in enthusiastic volunteer sign-ups, new program participants, and generous resource support commitments, furthering ACM’s mission to empower the Montgomery community and beyond.
