In partnership with Taylor Road Baptist Church, Montgomery, AL, ACM sponsored a Missions Trip to Kenya on 1-8 April 24. The teaching pastor of TRBC and the founder and VP of ACM went to Kenya, where they trained 150 pastors and church workers on the importance of leading with integrity and skilfulness based on Psalm 78:72. Their host, Prof Nathan Chiroma, organized the training and took us to Narok and back. On Sunday, we each preached at a local church on the outskirts of Nairobi. The training was well-received, and the pastors requested that we return next year to build on what was discussed. Next year, we will expand the mission’s team to include opportunities for those willing to work a VBS-like event at the two partner schools in Nairobi and those interested in prison ministry. The trip is tentatively scheduled for 1-10 July 2025, and the estimated cost is $2,500.
